of 7— Request a Sense demo and confirm integration compatibility

What you'll accomplish

By the end of this guide, you'll have Sense running automated re-engagement campaigns to past candidates in your Bullhorn database — sending personalized text and email sequences to people you placed or screened months ago, routing their replies back to you, and turning a dormant database into a live sourcing channel. Instead of spending 3 hours doing net-new LinkedIn sourcing, you'll open your morning to a list of warm leads who already know you.

What you'll need

  • A Sense account (sensehq.com — pricing varies by ATS volume and features; request a demo)
  • Bullhorn (Sense integrates natively; also supports Avionte, Jobvite, Greenhouse, and others)
  • Access to your Bullhorn candidate database (you'll need to be able to search and create segments)
  • Your agency manager's approval — Sense sends communications on your behalf; your manager will likely need to co-sign the setup
  • Time needed: 2–4 hours for initial setup and first campaign; 30 minutes per subsequent campaign
  • Cost: Contact Sense for pricing (sensehq.com/contact) — typically priced per ATS record volume or seat; agencies often purchase team licenses

How-To Guide: Candidate Re-Engagement and Pipeline Nurturing

Step 1: Request a Sense demo and confirm integration compatibility

Sense requires a sales conversation before you can start — it's not a self-serve signup. This is normal for ATS-connected tools.

  1. Go to sensehq.com
  2. Click Get a Demo or Contact Sales
  3. Fill in your name, work email, agency name, ATS platform (Bullhorn), and approximate database size (number of candidate records)
  4. In the message field, write: "Looking to set up automated re-engagement campaigns for past candidates. We use Bullhorn. Want to confirm integration and see a live demo."
  5. Expect a response within 1 business day

What you should see: A calendar link or email from a Sense rep to schedule a 30-minute demo.

Troubleshooting: If you don't hear back in 2 business days, follow up at support@sensehq.com or call their main line. Sense has active sales reps — slow response usually means your form went to spam.
